Our treatment solutions incorporate a broad range of techniques generally classified as orthopedic massage. The field of orthopedics deals with the prevention or correction of dysfunction involving the primary tissues associated with creating or limiting movement in the body. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, my focus is on the soft tissues involed in locomotion including: muscles, tendons, fascia and ligaments. I also recognize stress as a major factor in chronic pain conditions and always include elements of relaxation in  my sessions.
